Designs, builds, and maintains scalable batch and real-time data pipelines supporting an IoT safety ecosystem. The role manages ETL/ELT processes, data lakes, warehouses, lakehouses, orchestration, monitoring, data quality, and observability. It partners with product, engineering, analytics, and data science teams to deliver reliable data services, productionize models, and shape long-term data platform architecture using AWS and modern infrastructure practices.

Build and maintain BI dashboards, data models, visualizations, and corporate reporting. Partner with Data Engineering and business teams to ensure accurate, governed data and enable self-service analytics. Support BI projects from requirements gathering through deployment, reduce manual reporting, and explore AI-enhanced analytics tools. Requires strong SQL, DAX, Power BI, data modeling, cloud data platform, version control, and CI/CD skills.

Generate and qualify new business opportunities across North America through high-volume outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification. Schedule discovery calls and demos, document activity in HubSpot, meet pipeline and activity targets, track KPIs, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Channel Partners. Represent the company at industry events.
