Define strategy and roadmap, modernize data platforms (lakehouse/Azure Databricks), establish AI and automation capabilities, enforce governance/MDM (Semarchy), deliver BI/Power BI and predictive solutions, run Automation CoE, drive data literacy, and build a high-performing cross-functional team.

Support site leadership to implement Bird's HSE program, identify and control hazards, investigate incidents, maintain HSE records, conduct inspections, deliver training and toolbox talks, and liaise with clients and crews to sustain a proactive safety culture on construction sites.

Lead business development and key account strategies for the BC District, identify and pursue new opportunities, collaborate with pre-construction and operations to convert prospects, manage CRM sales funnel, and achieve regional revenue and EBITDA targets while maintaining client relationships and representing the company at industry events.
