Lead enterprise data, analytics, AI, automation, and information governance. Define strategy and roadmap, modernize data platforms (lakehouse/Azure Databricks), establish AI and automation capabilities, enforce governance/MDM (Semarchy), deliver BI/Power BI and predictive solutions, run Automation CoE, drive data literacy, and build a high-performing cross-functional team.

Support site leadership to implement Bird's HSE program, identify and control hazards, investigate incidents, maintain HSE records, conduct inspections, deliver training and toolbox talks, and liaise with clients and crews to sustain a proactive safety culture on construction sites.

Lead business development and key account strategies for the BC District, identify and pursue new opportunities, collaborate with pre-construction and operations to convert prospects, manage CRM sales funnel, and achieve regional revenue and EBITDA targets while maintaining client relationships and representing the company at industry events.

Lead and manage the full design process for large ICI projects from pre-award through construction subcontract award. Oversee consultant teams, schedules, budgets, QA, risk controls, stakeholder and client coordination, permit interactions, and design deliverables. Support project execution, reporting, and staff development while ensuring contractual and regulatory compliance and cost-effective, high-quality design outcomes.

Lead end-to-end delivery of large commercial/institutional construction projects: planning, scheduling, contract and subcontract management, budgeting/forecasting, compliance with safety/quality/environment, client communications, site coordination, mentoring staff, and project closeout including warranty resolution. Uses MS Project or Primavera P6 for schedules and oversees document control, RFIs, change orders, and monthly reporting.

Accountable for quality and execution of major construction projects. Lead business development and bid responses, manage preconstruction/contract negotiations, oversee construction delivery, ensure safety, schedule, budget and profitability targets, and drive project close-out. Recruit, coach and evaluate project teams, enforce KPIs and continuous improvement, and support the Construction Director. Travel and temporary relocations required as projects demand.

Manage and maintain construction project schedules across phases: develop baseline schedules, perform critical path analysis, track subcontractor and self-perform progress, analyze variances, produce reports, lead planning meetings, support WBS and productivity database development, and coordinate schedule inputs with project teams and clients. Must support project execution through travel, remote work, or temporary relocation as required.
