Design, build, test, govern, and support AI-enabled solutions across Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot. Develop agents, applications, automations, integrations, and AI services; coordinate testing and UAT; manage security, access, governance, licensing, capacity, and operational support; and partner with business stakeholders through training and adoption. Maintain platform standards, solution inventories, observability, responsible AI practices, and scalable delivery patterns.

Develops and implements people strategies for a commercial construction district. Advises leaders on employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, compensation, talent development, succession planning, organizational effectiveness, policy interpretation, investigations, and employment legislation. Uses workforce data and analytics to influence decisions, strengthen employee engagement, support organizational capability, and resolve complex workplace issues. Based in Richmond, British Columbia, with travel to sites as needed.

Coordinates complex construction proposals from opportunity identification through submission. Manages schedules, compliance matrices, content development, reviews, quality control, client interview materials, graphics, and proposal libraries. Researches clients, projects, competitors, and markets to support pursuit strategies and messaging. Collaborates with business development, estimating, preconstruction, operations, and external partners while mentoring junior proposal professionals and contributing to continuous improvement.

Lead business development and key account strategies for the BC District, identify and pursue new opportunities, collaborate with pre-construction and operations to convert prospects, manage CRM sales funnel, and achieve regional revenue and EBITDA targets while maintaining client relationships and representing the company at industry events.

Lead enterprise data, analytics, AI, automation, and information governance. Define strategy and roadmap, modernize data platforms (lakehouse/Azure Databricks), establish AI and automation capabilities, enforce governance/MDM (Semarchy), deliver BI/Power BI and predictive solutions, run Automation CoE, drive data literacy, and build a high-performing cross-functional team.
