Lead complex public-sector transportation and transit infrastructure projects from initiation through completion. Serve as owner’s representative, establish governance, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage schedules, budgets, resources, reporting, change control, and project documentation. Build client relationships, support business development, prepare proposals, and mentor project managers. The role is based in Burnaby with hybrid work and assignments at client offices.

Join Binnie as a Project Engineer in transportation major projects. Perform design work from concept to construction using AutoCAD/Civil3D, support Engineer of Record, document site observations, review construction records, prepare technical reports and contract documents, maintain submittals and quality control, and ensure designs meet industry standards.

Lead transportation infrastructure projects as the primary client contact, managing planning, design, procurement, construction, budgets, schedules, and multidisciplinary teams. Provide technical leadership, mentor junior staff, drive business development and proposals, enforce design standards and quantity management, and strengthen client relationships to deliver complex alternate-delivery projects on time and on budget.
