Provide technical support to VARs and end users of Binary Stream products: reproduce and troubleshoot issues using SQL and debugging tools, manage and escalate tickets, write knowledge-base articles, assist pre-sales trials and installations, and collaborate with development and professional services to resolve defects and improve processes.
