Underwrite medium- to high-complexity loan proposals through detailed credit analysis, investigations, due diligence, and financial structuring. Develop terms, pricing, covenants, and conditions while ensuring compliance with BDC policies. Review and negotiate loan packages, resolve compliance issues, maintain internal relationships, monitor credit and regulatory trends, and coach newer employees and team members.
