Manage deal pipeline, perform market and technical due diligence, build financial models and investment memos, support deal teams and board interactions, and engage with entrepreneurs and industry stakeholders to inform investment decisions.

Support StrongNorth fund investments by conducting market and technical research, financial and due diligence analysis, deal sourcing, and portfolio monitoring. Build financial models, prepare investment memos, assist in deal execution and KYC/AML checks, and liaise with entrepreneurs, investors, and domain experts to evaluate defense, dual-use, and deep-technology opportunities.

Manage a portfolio of small-business clients, generate new business through prospecting and local networks, analyze financials, prepare and negotiate financing proposals, and represent BDC in the North Vancouver business community.
