The role manages internal controls, funding compliance, payment approvals, financial analysis, and process improvements while collaborating with controllers, external partners, and team members. It also provides accounting guidance and supports accurate reporting within a nonprofit housing organization.

Plan, implement, and lead therapeutic and recreational programs for seniors; support mealtimes and basic care; supervise volunteers; document resident participation and progress; maintain safety, infection control, and a welcoming environment; participate in professional development.
