Drive technical direction, mentor a small engineering team, ensure security/compliance in a regulated financial environment, deliver backend services (.NET/C#/SQL) and frontend components (Angular/TypeScript), collaborate with Product/Design/QA, and maintain CI/CD, observability, and on-call responsibilities.

Lead the end-to-end 0-to-1 product roadmap for a kids and family financial empowerment product: conduct market research, define user stories, personas and journeys, collaborate with engineering/design/QA and credit union partners, ensure regulatory compliance for minors, prioritize backlog, launch features, and track product performance to drive engagement and financial literacy.
