Lead and develop five experienced analysts and data scientists while personally owning analytics across ecommerce, health, and supply chain. Partner with executives, establish KPI and reporting standards, prioritize the analytics roadmap, deliver strategic insights, and advance AI-native self-service analytics tools. The role combines people leadership, hands-on analysis, data governance, and business strategy in a remote-first environment.

Own end-to-end product analytics for Wishlists and Celebrations, including KPI frameworks, event instrumentation, experimentation, dashboards, and retention analysis. Partner with product and engineering teams to improve multi-sided user experiences and connect behavior to long-term business value. Operate independently as a senior individual contributor while advancing AI-assisted analytics practices across the Data organization.

Own and evolve Babylist's AWS infrastructure, Terraform IaC, Kubernetes/EKS clusters, CI/CD, and observability for a platform serving millions. Lead incident response, improve developer tooling, and set reliability standards across engineering teams.
