Design, build, and deploy scalable, secure data solutions on-premise and in Azure. Collaborate with engineering, security, and ops to implement modern data practices (Databricks, Snowflake, Python, SQL), produce solution designs, support project delivery, and promote DevSecOps and cloud best practices.

Processes and tracks investment account transfers, including manual, ATON, internal, and external transfers. Monitors transfer inquiries and mailboxes, follows up on outstanding requests, reviews and files documentation, handles escalated items, and provides operational support to the Transfers Department. The role also assists with special projects and requires accurate, organized work in a financial securities environment while communicating fluently in English and French.

Processes daily investment account transfers, including manual, NELTC, and internal transfers; monitors transfer status, follows up on outstanding items, supports transfers to external institutions, responds to inquiries, maintains records, and handles document retention and destruction. The role also provides backup support to the transfers team and assists with special projects. Success requires accuracy, organization, problem-solving, teamwork, bilingual communication, and back-office investment administration experience.
