Owns and improves hybrid infrastructure across Windows, Linux, VMware, Azure, AWS, backup and recovery, security, automation, and core services. Leads complex incident resolution, infrastructure projects, cloud deployments, disaster recovery, patching, monitoring, and service transitions. Develops operational automation and provides technical design input for resilient infrastructure. Performs advanced diagnostics across operating systems, identity, networking, storage, middleware, and application connectivity while coaching junior team members.

Processes new and fee-based account setups, maintains account records, generates monthly fees, codes transactions for tax reporting, and follows regulatory and company procedures. The role uses Laserfiche, OSM, and Dataphile, updates internal manuals, communicates processing issues, supports cross-training, and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives while meeting partner and client service expectations.

Leads the design, standardization, and evolution of secure CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code practices. Provides technical mentorship, evaluates DevSecOps technologies, improves automation and observability, and drives secure, reliable software delivery across Development, Security, and Technology Operations. The role also includes Azure DevOps administration, troubleshooting, roadmap alignment, documentation, training, presentations, and cross-functional stakeholder communication.
