Build complex customer-facing product features and systems, own technical decisions, shape scalable solutions with Product and Design, contribute to architecture and technical direction, uphold code quality, mentor engineers, and support production incidents. The role requires full-stack experience across modern web applications, TypeScript, React, Node.js or .NET, cloud environments, API design, data modeling, and system boundaries.

Owns Atlas HXM’s deal desk function, including pricing execution, complex deal solutioning, compliance adherence, competitive pricing analysis, and process optimization. The role identifies recurring deal friction, builds decision frameworks and approval paths, improves structuring workflows, and advises Sales leadership. It partners with Legal, Compliance, Finance, Operations, and Sales to resolve non-standard deals, reduce unnecessary escalations, and establish a scalable deal desk capability.

Manage end-to-end client implementations and onboarding for global workforce solutions. Responsibilities include creating project plans, coordinating internal and external stakeholders, managing risks and change, customizing onboarding processes, maintaining documentation, training clients, ensuring quality, and driving milestones through completion. The role serves as the primary contact for enterprise clients and supports adoption and engagement after implementation.
