Lead design and delivery of a 12-week virtual fellowship for Asian students and early-career professionals. Manage curriculum, recruit mentors and speakers, coordinate operations, track impact metrics, and provide team leadership, mentorship, and cross-program collaboration. Ensure participant outcomes align with ACH values and support continuous program improvement.

Manage and grow Asian Career House's social media presence: develop strategy, create content (graphics, video, copy), schedule and moderate posts, engage partners and influencers, analyze metrics to optimize performance, and collaborate with marketing to promote events and programs.

Lead and execute fundraising strategy across individual giving, corporate sponsorships, grants, events, and major gifts. Cultivate donor relationships, manage grant proposals and reporting, oversee development operations and CRM systems, direct fundraising events, mentor the development team, and report fundraising performance to leadership and the board.
