Lead design and delivery of a 12-week virtual fellowship for Asian students and early-career professionals. Manage curriculum, recruit mentors and speakers, coordinate operations, track impact metrics, and provide team leadership, mentorship, and cross-program collaboration. Manage and grow Asian Career House's social media presence: develop strategy, create content (graphics, video, copy), schedule and moderate posts, engage partners and influencers, analyze metrics to optimize performance, and collaborate with marketing to promote events and programs.

Lead and execute fundraising strategy across individual giving, corporate sponsorships, grants, events, and major gifts. Cultivate donor relationships, manage grant proposals and reporting, oversee development operations and CRM systems, direct fundraising events, mentor the development team, and report fundraising performance to leadership and the board.

Volunteer Executive Assistant supports Founder and Executive Director by coordinating projects, managing communications, conducting research and briefings, providing administrative support (Google Drive, Canva, Freedcamp, Slack), assisting with occasional complex meeting or travel coordination, and owning special one-off projects.

Plan and execute email marketing strategies to engage and grow the community. Create, test, and optimize newsletters, announcements, and event promotions. Manage campaign calendar and list segmentation, analyze performance, and provide recommendations. Collaborate with content and design teams to ensure brand-aligned communications.

Manage volunteer onboarding by developing orientation and training materials, conducting sessions, coordinating recruitment and placement, supporting volunteers during integration, monitoring performance, and improving processes based on feedback.
