Own full enterprise sales cycle for 1,000+ employee accounts, focusing on new logo acquisition via inbound/outbound, self-sourcing pipeline, closing $100K+ ARR deals, building executive consensus, and supporting upsell/expansion.

Manage and grow multiple engineering teams (35 direct reports), hire additional engineers, coach ICs to own large projects, contribute to code and debugging, and lead department/company-wide initiatives to improve reviews, hiring, and developer experience while scaling engineering culture.

Design and own Ashby’s value-selling motion: build impact assessment frameworks and tooling, support enterprise pre-sales deals and executive conversations, enable SE and CSM teams, and ensure customers realize and retain promised outcomes.
