Teams at Arrowhead Programs

Provide operational and executive support to the VP of Underwriting and leadership team, including reporting and analytics, recruitment coordination, audit and authority tracking, project and operational coordination, maintaining KPIs and dashboards, preparing presentations, calendar and travel management, onboarding/training support, and local logistical errands between Langley and Vancouver offices.

Provide clerical and administrative support to underwriting teams: prepare quotes, bind confirmations, and Certificates of Insurance; maintain and organize files; edit and review documents for accuracy; communicate with brokers and internal departments; improve administrative workflows and perform other clerical duties as assigned.
