Supports retail labor and workforce planning by optimizing labor spending and productivity, forecasting business volume and staffing requirements, improving store labor models and processes, and managing live schedule changes. The role collaborates cross-functionally to align talent with business needs, control labor waste, improve employee and client experiences, and drive operational efficiency.

Leads the functional strategy and multi-year roadmap for order management systems. Responsibilities include evaluating DOM vendors, developing business cases, translating omnichannel goals into product backlogs and user stories, integrating SAP, eCommerce, POS, payment, and fulfillment systems, and overseeing testing, deployment readiness, and hypercare. The role supports modernization from SAP ECC SD to a cloud-native distributed order management platform.
