Lead development and execution of Aritzia's decarbonization strategy, drive emissions reductions across operations, logistics, and product, integrate climate programs into business processes, manage stakeholders, and support team development and departmental operations.

Lead QA strategy and execution for omni-channel technology (order, payments, fulfillment, inventory). Build test plans, balance manual and automated testing, integrate automation into CI/CD, manage environments and test data, run defect triage, and mentor QA teams to ensure high-quality delivery across the project lifecycle.

Lead design, delivery and optimization of the loyalty program and lifecycle. Partner cross-functionally to integrate loyalty into GTM plans, campaigns, and member experiences. Measure program performance, enable adoption across teams, and manage end-to-end execution of complex initiatives while coaching and growing a loyalty team.
