Develop and prototype hardgoods, packs and accessories from concept through production. Create production-ready products and documentation, validate materials and construction, collaborate with pattern makers and product developers, support testing, and assist onboarding of new design developer hires.

Lead ReBIRD product initiatives to improve guest experience and operational efficiency. Define business requirements, align stakeholders, manage backlog, drive discovery and process improvements, support global rollout, and partner with technical teams to deliver scalable omnichannel solutions.

Support the Global Brand Management team with calendar and process tool upkeep (Monday.com, SharePoint), maintain product and calendar documentation, coordinate product seeding orders, process monthly marketing expenses, create templates and shared files, and facilitate cross-functional communications for seasonal priorities and Go-to-Market stage gates.
