The Divisional Controller leads finance teams and oversees project accounting, forecasting, budgeting, revenue recognition, cash management, treasury support, and financial governance. The role partners with project and executive leaders to improve profitability, mitigate risk, strengthen controls, deliver performance insights, and support strategic business planning across a national professional services organization.

Leads Security and Defence sector growth across Western Canada, including business development, client retention, revenue forecasting, financial accountability, strategic planning, staff mentorship, operational excellence, and project quality. The role develops regional market strategy, represents the firm through thought leadership, reviews performance and financial data, leads major architectural projects, and may provide professional architectural seals on drawings and contract documents.

Supports architectural design solutions, construction drawings, BIM modeling, contract documents, consultant coordination, material research, quality reviews, and project delivery oversight. The role works with project architects and multidisciplinary teams on defense and public-sector infrastructure, including travel to remote First Nation communities and work sites. Candidates must be registered or eligible for registration in Manitoba and hold or obtain Canadian Reliability or Secret clearance.
