Leads Security and Defence sector growth across Western Canada, including business development, client retention, revenue forecasting, financial accountability, strategic planning, staff mentorship, operational excellence, and project quality. The role develops regional market strategy, represents the firm through thought leadership, reviews performance and financial data, leads major architectural projects, and may provide professional architectural seals on drawings and contract documents.

Supports architectural design solutions, construction drawings, BIM modeling, contract documents, consultant coordination, material research, quality reviews, and project delivery oversight. The role works with project architects and multidisciplinary teams on defense and public-sector infrastructure, including travel to remote First Nation communities and work sites. Candidates must be registered or eligible for registration in Manitoba and hold or obtain Canadian Reliability or Secret clearance.

Leads architectural design and construction documentation teams for multidisciplinary projects. Responsibilities include managing staff and consultants, coordinating disciplines, reviewing BIM models and drawings, researching materials and technologies, communicating with clients, overseeing project finances and delivery targets, and traveling to remote communities and worksites.
