Leads commercial sourcing and transaction execution for Canadian data center capacity deals. Responsibilities include managing RFPs, evaluating proposals, negotiating term sheets and LOIs, coordinating legal, technical, finance, and operational stakeholders, tracking transaction timelines, managing risks, and advancing infrastructure projects to construction readiness. The role also develops scalable transaction processes, supports long-term data center supply strategy, and serves as the primary liaison with developers, brokers, power contacts, networks, government relations, and other partners.

Lead Anthropic's compute expansion in Canada by owning site selection through operations. Coordinate cross-functional teams (leasing, energy, finance, policy, construction), engage government and utilities, manage risks, and translate global compute priorities to Canadian regulatory and market contexts.
