Lead preparation and review of consolidated and unconsolidated financial statements under ASPE, IFRS and US GAAP. Manage close processes, intercompany reconciliations and capital stack reporting. Coach a small financial reporting team, strengthen accounting policies and internal controls, drive process and system improvements, and liaise with auditors and partners.

Lead and review property accounting including monthly financial packages, CAM/Tax reconciliations, audits, partner reports, cash management, budgets/forecasts. Supervise and mentor accountants, support acquisitions, system implementations, process improvements, and lead special projects.

Full-cycle corporate accounting including preparation of consolidated and non‑consolidated financial statements, working papers, intercompany reconciliations, partnership equity calculations, bank and GST reconciliations, technical accounting research, year-end audit support, ERP/system improvements, property tax administration, mentoring junior staff, and ad-hoc financial analysis.

Perform full-cycle Income Producing Property (IPP) accounting for multiple commercial and multifamily properties: produce monthly, quarterly and annual financials, cash flow statements, budgets and forecasts; manage AP/AR and cash/distributions; prepare year-end working papers and liaise with auditors, lenders, investors and property/asset teams; complete ad hoc projects.

The Director of Business Integration will lead the Yardi platform's roadmap, manage project teams, align capabilities with business strategies, and drive continuous improvement in real estate operations.

Sell new residential units in a master-planned community: build relationships with buyers and sellers, guide clients from consultation to closing, show properties, prepare and negotiate offers, manage paperwork, follow up leads, collaborate with the sales team, and stay current on market trends.
