The Administrator, Legal, Finance and Corporate Affairs is the operational backbone, responsible for providing proactive support to our legal team members in addition to the finance, tax and corporate affairs team members with whom the legal team works collaboratively alongside on a daily basis.  With exceptional communication skills and attention to detail, the Administrator thrives in our fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

You will

  • Provide high-level administrative support to team members on our legal, finance, tax, insurance and corporate affairs teams
  • Stay on top of deliverables and timelines, facilitating the coordination of complex work streams
  • Manage sensitive information with a high degree of confidentiality and discretion
  • Support the legal and finance teams in the closing of various types of transactions
  • Maintain physical and digital filing systems for corporate minute books and other documents
  • Ensure timely and accurate record keeping
  • Track and manage invoices and accounts payable

 

You have

  • 3-5 years of experience, preferably at a law firm, but otherwise in a professional services environment (law, tax, accounting)
  • Proven ability to manage a deadline-driven workflow, maintaining a strong level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • A can-do attitude and problem-solving skills

Salary range: $60,000 - $70,000, based on experience
