Performs full-cycle accounting support, including accounts payable, credit card transaction recording, invoice and receipt management, accounts receivable billing, reconciliations, client communication, and project/job costing. The role reports to the Financial Controller, supports operational and financial reporting deadlines, tracks project costs, and maintains financial accuracy using accounting principles, Excel, and Sage 50.

Coordinate private aviation trips by preparing quotes and itineraries, arranging passenger services, managing ground handling, fuel, permits, customs, documentation, and flight releases. Monitor scheduling, crew legality, maintenance, and delays while communicating promptly with clients and internal teams. The role requires strong customer service, organization, attention to detail, and flexibility for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
