Lead design and implementation of embedded software for ASIC/SoC platforms, including bootloaders, RTOS/Zephyr integration, device drivers, silicon bring-up, performance and power optimization, code reviews, mentoring, and cross-team collaboration.

Lead SDK release and operations for multiple SoC families: manage release planning, CI/CD/build infrastructure, configuration management, test/release automation, and cross-functional delivery. Support silicon bring-up through production, customer enablement, and operational excellence while developing a team of release, DevOps, and software operations engineers.

Lead HW/SW co-design and pre-silicon architecture exploration to ensure software-driven SoC decisions. Build SystemC virtual platforms, profile data flows, define firmware and bootloader strategy, and advocate hardware debuggability while mentoring cross-functional teams and acting as technical proxy for customers and downstream software teams.
