Support employee lifecycle and culture initiatives by coordinating onboarding, tracking leave, maintaining SOPs and internal documents, organizing events, handling confidential HR admin, supporting office management and OH&S tasks, and improving processes to enhance employee experience.

Work cross-functionally to identify repetitive workflows and build practical AI automations and agents using low-code/no-code tools, prompt engineering, RAG, and vector databases; measure ROI, troubleshoot and improve systems, and help shape AI governance and strategy.
