Perform day-to-day accounting, budgeting, forecasting, reconciliations, monthly financial reporting, expense monitoring, and cross-border CRA, IRS, and VAT tax filings. Lead multi-entity consolidation, improve financial reporting processes and internal controls, document SOPs, and coach junior accountants. The role requires strong IFRS and GAAP knowledge, detailed bookkeeping expertise, and proficiency with QuickBooks Online and ERP systems.

Lead creative vision and produce digital and print assets, including email campaigns, display ads, animations, social media content, marketing materials, and desktop/mobile UI designs. Use design expertise, marketing trends, data, and AI tools to improve conversion rates, opt-ins, user experiences, and sales. Mentor and review designers, provide creative feedback, and collaborate with project managers on resourcing and timelines.

Administer Google Workspace, Salesforce, ERP systems, Slack, Jira, and Confluence; build workflows and automations; troubleshoot hardware, software, networks, and A/V equipment; manage inventory; support security training, risk assessments, compliance controls, and audits under SOC 2, PCI, and HIPAA frameworks; and improve business systems and processes.
