Own the full enterprise sales cycle for Airbyte, from prospecting and discovery through negotiation and closing. Manage enterprise accounts, build pipeline, lead complex multi-stakeholder evaluations, engage technical and executive buyers, develop value-based business cases, and achieve bookings targets. Collaborate with Solutions Engineering, Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Customer Success while navigating security, legal, procurement, and commercial processes.

Supports customers with database integration issues while developing and debugging Airbyte’s Java and Kotlin database connectors. Investigates replication, CDC, query performance, authentication, networking, schema evolution, and sync-state problems across databases, warehouses, and data lakes. Reproduces bugs, contributes to open-source code, collaborates with Engineering and Product, supports enterprise onboarding, mentors technical support staff, and creates troubleshooting documentation and automation playbooks.

Lead technical implementations and deployments for enterprise customers, troubleshoot Kubernetes, database, data movement, and API issues, and guide customers through adoption and technical success. Partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support to improve onboarding, influence product direction, identify growth opportunities, and resolve customer needs. Demonstrate Airbyte and AI-ready data practices through technical content, demos, and industry presentations.
