The role analyzes payroll data, manages off-cycle payments, garnishments, tax registrations, audits, and regulatory changes across the United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico. It also supports payroll system improvements, integrations, testing, and process upgrades while advising managers, employees, vendors, and HR partners.
