Leads the global expansion of ABB Robotics’ Connected Care software business, promoting subscription-based services through regional sales networks. Manages four regional sales managers across the Americas, Europe, and China; drives software sales strategies, customer engagement, business development, and sales enablement. Collects market feedback and translates customer needs into portfolio improvements while balancing direct sales activity with leadership and strategic growth responsibilities. Travel is approximately 50%.

Leads governance and delivery of ABB’s global digital transformation programs. Oversees planning, budgets, OKRs, risks, dependencies, timelines, reporting, and portfolio performance. Establishes governance and escalation processes, supports cross-functional decision-making, drives organizational change, and improves adoption of digital solutions across global and regional teams.
