Manage and develop customer accounts for industrial drives and motors, driving sales growth and customer satisfaction through strategic account management and internal coordination.

Develop and execute account strategies to grow share of wallet and profitability for utility customers. Coordinate sales activities, manage projects and issue resolution, advise on market and technology trends, define sales targets, and drive adoption of ABB specifications and new technologies.

Serve as the technical bridge to OEMs, distributors, and channel partners for ABB Grid Components. Provide hands-on application engineering, review designs and BOMs, resolve escalations, develop application notes and training, track design-in pipeline, inform product strategy with market intelligence, and deliver partner workshops. Focus on medium-voltage products.
