Develop and execute social media channel strategies and campaigns (organic, paid, influencer) to drive store and online conversions. Manage content calendars, ad boosting, budgets, community management, reporting on KPIs, and collaborate with creative, agency, and cross‑functional teams. Coach direct report and stay current on social trends to optimize performance.

Manage and administer Canadian benefits and retirement programs including enrollments, claims (LTD/STD), vendor RFPs/selection, plan documents and communications. Serve as Oracle HR/Payroll SME, run UAT, train staff, ensure regulatory compliance, monitor costs, and produce reports.

The Marketing Graphic Designer will create engaging graphic design content for various media, collaborating closely with marketing teams to enhance brand presence and drive retail sales.
