Flyover, a flying theatre attraction brand owned by Pursuit Attractions and Hospitality, Inc., will be acquired by Brogent Technologies, a global provider of flying ride systems and attraction engineering, in a move aimed at strengthening Flyover’s technical capabilities while supporting the next phase of growth.

As immersive entertainment continues to intersect with tourism, culture and technology, the acquisition is intended to reflect a shared ambition to advance the future of location-based experiences. According to a news release, the deal will bring the two companies into a more vertically integrated operating model, aligning ride technology, content production and operations to streamline the delivery of flying theatre attractions globally.

Already, Flyover has welcomed more than 9 million guests, establishing itself as a leading operator of flying theatre experiences. Brogent Technologies has delivered more than 100 media-based attractions in over 20 countries.

The transaction is expected to close in mid-2026.
