The Sr. Innovation Manager will drive product innovation and commercialization at Daiya Foods, leading cross-functional teams from concept to launch while managing financial performance and strategic objectives.

Lead R&D product development from ideation to commercialization: formulate and scale prototypes, design and analyze experiments, troubleshoot production trials, source ingredients, ensure regulatory and quality compliance, and support cross-functional handoffs and documentation.

Lead end-to-end product development and commercialization for dairy-free foods: formulate and scale products, run analytical/sensory testing, manage pilot/plant trials, liaise with operations and suppliers, maintain R&D documentation and SOPs, and support lab excellence.
