The Director of Business Development will expand the client base, build relationships, analyze opportunities, manage the sales process, and coordinate with project teams to ensure customer needs are met.

Support site agreement and budget negotiations for clinical trials: prepare, customize, track, finalize, file executed agreements, coordinate signatures, and update stakeholders.

Manage and coordinate regional clinical project teams to ensure study milestones, compliance with ICH-GCP and company/Sponsor QMS, oversee site startups, monitoring, regulatory submissions, KPI tracking, training, budgeting, and resolution of issues across designated countries.

Lead and deliver small-to-medium clinical research projects on time and budget, co-manage complex international studies, lead project teams, mentor staff, support feasibility and business development, and implement company standards.
