Lead North America and LATAM sales for new customer acquisition and Compliance (iText). Define regional GTM, build and coach sales leaders and AEs, drive new logo revenue, forecasting, pipeline health, executive relationships, partner network, and cross-functional collaboration to accelerate enterprise and commercial growth.

Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise accounts by identifying expansion opportunities, closing high-value software license deals, conducting strategic roadmap reviews, partnering with solution engineers to design tailored solutions, gathering market and competitive intelligence, and meeting or exceeding sales quotas.

Administer and calculate monthly and quarterly commissions, manage commission software, design commission plans, produce rep KPI reporting, analyze operations for improvements, and support business reporting across the organization.
