The Strategic Sourcing Manager will be responsible for managing the supply base for the Access Control Commodities on behalf of MSI Video. Responsibilities include understanding business, technology, and regulatory requirements, collaborating with global stakeholders, RFQs, negotiations, supply chain modeling, and driving internal alignment on supply strategies and product requirements.

The Localization Software Operations Team Lead oversees all aspects of the software localization program, including tools, process integrations, quality assurance metrics, prioritization & resourcing, and overall department operations. Collaborates with various teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and ensure compliance with internationalization best practices.
