Partners cross-functionally to translate strategy into measurable plans and drives AI-enabled workflow adoption, training, and performance improvements across regions and delivery models.

Leads US seller onboarding operations across internal and vendor-supported teams, from post-sale handoff through go-live. Owns staffing, workforce planning, service quality, performance, and cost-to-serve. Drives operational improvements in activation, time-to-value, CSAT, SLA adherence, and productivity through process redesign, tooling, automation, and AI. Partners with Sales, Product, Finance, and regional teams while managing operational leaders and workstreams.

Supports identity and access management, troubleshoots internal business systems, resolves technical tickets, validates system functionality, manages engineering escalations, supports critical incidents, automates workflows, and documents resolutions. The role works across Salesforce, Amazon Connect, Okta, Jira, and other tools while partnering with support, product, and engineering teams to improve system reliability and user experience.
