Lead Square's trade show and industry event program for retail and food & beverage: own Tier 1 trade show strategy, end-to-end booth design and production, vendor and budget management, ROI tracking, sponsorship negotiation, lead capture processes with sales, inventory and logistics, and cross-functional collaboration. Travel up to 25% to execute national events and evaluate new opportunities.
