Responsibilities include diagnosing organizational needs, managing talent and compensation programs, improving retention, partnering with People teams and centers of excellence, reinforcing company culture, and influencing leadership through data-driven insights. The role requires strong communication, coaching, consulting, facilitation, analytical, and problem-solving skills, plus experience using AI to automate routine work.

Design and develop customer and partner learning experiences across online, video, audio, in-app, live, and certification formats. Own the curriculum for a Samsara product area, translate complex software concepts into effective instruction, create assessments, collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts, and improve instructional processes through AI-assisted tools and iterative development.

Designs and delivers scaled customer product training through webinars, cohort programs, digital learning assets, and community experiences. The role facilitates live sessions, manages logistics, answers platform questions, analyzes engagement data, identifies customer knowledge gaps, and collaborates with Customer Success and Product teams to improve educational programming. It also adapts training materials to product updates, supports advanced adoption, and promotes consistent learning outcomes across industries.
