As a Staff Fullstack Software Engineer, you'll optimize user monetization systems at Dropbox, leading technical strategies for checkout and subscriptions while mentoring engineers.

Lead cross-organizational technical strategy and execution for core sharing and collaboration systems. Architect and implement foundational frontend/backend and platform solutions at massive scale, drive AI/LLM adoption, mentor engineering leaders, resolve systemic bottlenecks, and remain hands-on in critical design, prototyping, and code contributions.

Lead design, implementation, and operation of full-stack, customer-facing web experiences (Browse, Navigate, Preview). Drive architecture, tradeoffs, observability, testing, and on-call readiness. Partner with Product, Design, Data, Infrastructure, and platform teams, use approved AI tools responsibly, and own multi-phase rollouts, measurement, and cross-team alignment.
