Create and implement high-quality, authentic sports gameplay animations for a new AAA franchise. Collaborate with animation, AI, engineering, design, and production teams from ideation through engine implementation. Manage motion-capture shot lists and references, support animation-based features, influence technical implementation, and champion animation quality, authenticity, and player experience.

Design and maintain game UI systems, player flows, wireframes, interaction patterns, visual interfaces, iconography, motion graphics, and mockups. Translate gameplay systems into intuitive experiences across platforms and input methods. Collaborate with design, art, and engineering teams to deliver shippable features while maintaining visual and UX consistency. Experience with Figma, Adobe tools, and game engine UI implementation is valued.

Designs, balances, and implements gameplay systems including progression, economies, rewards, stats, and game modes. Tunes systems using feedback, metrics, and playtests; analyzes systemic outcomes; documents design logic and balancing guidelines; and collaborates with engineering, art, production, and design teams. The role supports player agency, emergent storytelling, meaningful trade-offs, and long-term engagement in a large-scale sports game.
