The mission of the Workplace Operations Department is to create a world-class workplace experience that propels creativity and maximizes performance. 

THE OPPORTUNITY
Aritzia is growing and our Workplace Operations team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for providing an efficient and attractive workplace to enable peak productivity of our people.  As the Receptionist, Workplace Operations, you will cultivate an aspirational workplace experience by coordinating and creating a supportive environment for people to do their best work. In this role, you will support the Vancouver Support Campus with the potential for additional workplaces as we continue to grow. THE ROLE
As the Receptionist, Workplace Operations, you will:

  • Ensure our workplaces are set up with optimal workflows

  • Ensure our workplaces are maximized and maintained with operational excellence

  • Ensure our workplaces are engaging, motivating and fun

  • Ensure our people have the right supplies and equipment

  • Enable efficiency in the administration of programs / services

  • Support the day-to-day management of our workplaces

THE QUALIFICATIONS 

The Receptionist, Workplace Operations, has:

  • Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience

  • A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles

  • The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners

  • A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business

THE COMPENSATION 
The typical hiring range for this position is $50,000 – $70,000 CAD per year. The final agreed-upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience.

We are always looking for top talent. If your qualifications differ from those listed above, the scope of work and final agreed upon salary may be adjusted to reflect your qualifications.
