How You'll Make An Impact

As a Workplace Experience Associate at Boomi, you'll support our Vancouver office and ensure on-site support to employees in our growing Vancouver location.  This role will partner with our Facilities Leadership team to promote Boomi's culture and enrich the workplace experience as we grow our footprint in Vancouver. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating a welcoming and efficient workplace. You will be the first point of contact for visitors, manage office deliveries, oversee common areas, and support daily office operations across our three floors.

What you’ll do

  • Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience
  • Manage incoming and outgoing deliveries, including mail and packages
  • Oversee the security of the office by monitoring our reception door and following safety procedures
  • Issue and track visitor badges
  • Collaborate with building security and our internal IT team for badges
  • Assist with our Vancouver Food & Beverage program including but not limited to
  • Maintaining and overseeing kitchen areas
  • Tracking inventory and submitting orders as needed
  • Stocking snacks and drinks 
  • Ensuring coffee machines are stocked daily and operational. 
  • Assist with general office upkeep and report any facility issues as needed
  • Support internal teams with administrative tasks as required
  • Assist with office based events
  • Help with other projects as needed

The experience you bring

  • Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and other office productivity tools, with the aptitude to learn new software and systems
    Problem solver with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Well-organized, with great time management skills and the ability to multitask
  • Proactive and collaborative by nature
    Ability to work independently within a dynamic environment
  • Attention to detail
  • In office 5 days a week is required

Compensation

Boomi is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Base compensation for this position ranges from $62,000- $75,000 CAD annually + applicable bonus. Final compensation will be determined by various factors including the candidate’s knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location.  #LI-MF1
