What you’ll do & Who you areOnboarding: You support with onboarding activities such as coordination with relevant departments, preparation of materials, and ensuring a positive and seamless onboarding experience.
Interview coordination: You coordinate the scheduling and logistics of onsite and virtual interviews. This includes communicating with candidates, hiring managers or interview panels, and ensuring a smooth and professional interview process.
Internal Communications: You support with the organization of internal formats such as monthly All Hands meetings or community events as well as with Internal Communication campaigns and reporting.
Learning & Development coordination: You manage meeting slots for L&D sessions, including coordination of calendars, sending reminders, and ensuring smooth logistical arrangements.
Event coordination: To foster employee engagement, you support with the planning of company events such as summer and winter offsites, our Culture Breakfast and more.
Who you are:
You're currently enrolled at a university in Berlin or Brandenburg with at least one year of studies remaining (either in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Psychology, Economics, Sociology, or a related field).
You are enthusiastic about our hybrid working model and will join us in the office at least two days per week.
You identify with all our company values including respect, honesty, accountability and commitment to excellence.
Business fluency in English and good knowledge of German round off your profile.
