Tipalti is seeking a seasoned and strategic Web Experience Designer with CRO & UX focus to take our website to the next level. This role is perfect for someone who’s passionate about user behavior, usability, and performance—and who brings fresh ideas and modern best practices to create high-impact digital experiences.
You’ll be responsible for reimagining and optimizing user journeys, improving functionality, and launching engaging new components. This is a highly cross-functional role, working closely with our content, design, and product marketing teams to bring the Tipalti brand to life online.

Key Responsibilities
- Elevate the website experience by designing intuitive, user-first interfaces that reduce friction and improve engagement.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that align with our brand and optimize user flow.
- Lead and implement UX testing to uncover pain points, validate improvements, and optimize conversion paths—in close collaboration with our CRO team to ensure data-backed decisions and alignment with testing strategy.
- Build and evolve component-based design patterns for better content presentation and storytelling.
- Design a differentiated web experience for our product lines tailored to that audience’s needs.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate, responsive, and accessible implementation of designs.
- Apply data-driven design approaches through A/B testing, behavioral insights, and performance metrics.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align design with campaign goals, product positioning, and user needs.
Qualifications
- At least 5+ years of Web experience design, with a strong focus on B2B SaaS websites (FinTech or growth-stage tech a plus)
- A strong portfolio that shows results: increased lead gen, improved UX, and tested design improvements.
- Bachelor's degree or college diploma in Web Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field; relevant certifications in UX/UI design and usability testing are a plus.
- Demonstrated success designing for engagement, usability, and conversion
- Strong knowledge of user behavior principles and best practices
- Fluency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
- Experience working within WordPress CMS
- Strong understanding of accessibility, responsiveness, and web performance/analytics
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; experience working cross-functionally
- A compelling portfolio showcasing UX thinking, UI execution, and measurable outcomes

Base Salary Range: $76,000 - $95,000 CAD annually.
Bonus: Target bonus is 10% of base salary. Bonus entitlement is based on a combination of organizational results, individual performance, and relative contribution, as assessed by Tipalti in its sole discretion, to be formalized and communicated to you following your start date.
