As a rapidly expanding company with diverse hubs across the globe and over 20 vibrant national cultures, working with us means embracing thrilling challenges tailor-made for a star Video Ad Designer!

YOUR ROLE:

We are seeking a creative, data-driven Video Ad Designer to own the creative behind our paid acquisition. You'll produce high-performing video ads for pre-roll, native, and digital campaigns on premium platforms, building conversion-focused creative from our existing content library — and helping plan and produce ad-specific shoots when a campaign needs original footage. This role sits where creative craft meets performance marketing: you'll test constantly, analyse campaign KPIs in real time, and feed what you learn straight back into the next round of creative.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Concept, design, and produce video advertising for pre-roll, native, and digital campaigns across premium ad platforms.

  • Help plan and produce ad-specific shoots — creative briefs, shot lists, and direction on what the ads need — working alongside the crew who films them.

  • Build motion graphics, animated titles, overlays, and end cards that make our creative stand out in crowded placements.

  • Version creative across aspect ratios, durations, and platform specs (vertical, square, landscape, bumper, etc.).

  • Design and run A/B tests across the funnel — from ad creative through to landing page — and apply the results to the next iteration.

  • Monitor performance metrics in real time (CTR, engagement, conversion) and translate paid media traffic insights into creative direction, in partnership with the media buying team.

  • Contribute to landing page optimisation so the creative and its destination work together.

  • Analyse campaign KPIs and report on creative performance, identifying what's working, what to kill, and where to push next.

  • Perform colour correction, sound mixing, and audio synchronisation for a polished final output.

  • Ensure strong brand alignment across a high volume of assets and campaigns.

  • Organise and manage media assets, with clear naming conventions and version control.

  • Stay up-to-date with advertising creative trends, platform requirements, and new features in the Adobe suite.

WHAT WE OFFER:

  • Generous training and development budget (10% of you annual salary)

  • Competitive salary

  • Generous PTO

  • 1 month paid sabbatical after 3 years with us!

  • 1 day off on your Birthday

  • Extended parental leave

  • Health and Wellness Budget

  • Health insurance

  • Cool and modern office space

  • Latest tech equipment

  • Healthy snacks and drinks provided at all times

  • Opportunity to travel internationally in Company retreats!

  • Proven experience producing video advertising creative for paid campaigns, with a portfolio that shows range across formats and, ideally, measurable results.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, with working knowledge of Photoshop.

  • Comfortable working from an existing content library, finding the strongest moments and cutting them into ads that convert.

  • Experience on the pre-production side — briefs, shot lists, storyboards — for shoots carried out by a production crew. Camera operation is not part of this role.

  • Strong motion graphics and typography skills, and a sharp instinct for hooks, pacing, and the first three seconds.

  • Working understanding of paid media: pre-roll, native, and display formats, platform ad specs, and funnel metrics.

  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing and using performance data (CTR, CPA, engagement) to drive creative decisions.

  • Confident with KPI analysis — comfortable in ad platform and analytics dashboards, and able to turn CTR, LTV, CPA, engagement, and watch-through data into clear creative recommendations.

  • Knowledge of different video formats, codecs, and exporting standards.

  • Familiarity with landing page and CRO principles is a strong plus.

  • Comfortable working at volume and turning feedback around quickly.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
