Are you a strategic sales leader with a passion for building high-performing teams, driving business growth, and cultivating long-term client partnerships? Long View Systems is seeking a results-oriented Vice President of Sales to lead and expand our business in British Columbia.

As a key member of our leadership team in Vancouver, you will be responsible for executing a growth strategy that deepens client relationships, expands our market share, leverages strategic partner alliances, and motivates a seasoned sales team to exceed targets. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on strategic deal planning, coaching sales talent, and steering complex, high-value opportunities to success.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead and grow a high-performing sales team focused on mid-market and enterprise clients across the province, ensuring excellence in execution and alignment with Long View’s strategic goals.
  • Drive strategic business development by identifying market opportunities, creating tailored sales strategies, and guiding complex deal pursuits from inception to close.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally by partnering closely with the Branch Manager, services leaders, and marketing to align sales initiatives with delivery capacity and long-term client value.
  • Coach and develop talent, holding regular pipeline reviews, forecasting meetings, and performance check-ins that encourage accountability and professional growth.
  • Strengthen partner relationships, particularly with strategic alliances such as Microsoft and Cisco, to drive joint opportunities and leverage partner ecosystems.
  • Elevate the Long View brand through executive presence at client meetings, partner summits, and industry events, acting as a trusted advisor and ambassador.
  • Ensure operational rigor by maintaining accurate forecasting and reporting through D365, enabling visibility and agility in decision-making.

What You Bring:

  • At least 15 years of progressive sales leadership experience within a B2B or technology consulting environment.
  • A proven track record of growing sales pipelines, closing complex deals, and scaling new business in competitive markets.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead through influence, mentor others, and drive a culture of collaboration, resilience, and client-centricity.
  • Strong business acumen with a focus on value-based selling, financial targets, and strategic account development.
  • Deep understanding of partner ecosystems (e.g., Microsoft, Cisco, ServiceNow) and experience leveraging those relationships for business growth.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior-level stakeholders internally and externally.

Who You Are:

  • A strategic thinker and operator, equally comfortable with long-term planning and short-term execution.
  • Client-obsessed, always seeking to understand needs, deliver value, and deepen trust.
  • A people-first leader, passionate about coaching, building culture, and unlocking team potential.
  • Committed to our core values of Integrity, Competence, Value, and Fun—you bring both professionalism and positivity to everything you do.
