The mission of the Strategy & Operations Department, or the Aritzia Consulting Group (ACG), is to enable operations excellence, partnering with the business to ensure that the organization’s infrastructure is set up to scale.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Aritzia is growing and our Strategy & Operations team is growing with it! This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team that that enables exponential growth through operational excellence. As the Director/Sr. Manager, Strategy & Operations, you will be an internal consultant to a Division of the business, identifying, building, and implementing the people and process solutions needed to operate at the highest level of effectiveness. You will partner directly with the leadership team to lead transformational projects across a variety of functions. THE ROLE

As the Director/Sr. Manager, Strategy & Operations you will:

  • Evaluate opportunities, develop business plans, and ensure optimal execution of sales or profit maximizing initiatives
  • Design or optimize the operating model & structure of the Division
  • Design or optimize the processes and programs that enable the business to scale
  • Build the standard tools required for the teams to operate such as frameworks, reference materials, templates, toolkits, and more
  • Seamlessly integrate and change manage new infrastructure into the day-to-day operations of the Division

THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Director/Sr. Manager, Strategy & Operations has:

  • Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in:
    • Degree in business administration or related field
    • Experience in consulting preferred
  • A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles
  • The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
  • A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business

THE COMPENSATION

The typical hiring range for this position is $125,000 - $175,000 CAD per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience. Additionally, this position is eligible for bonus and equity.
