The Territory Is Yours to Win.

Terrace & Northwest BC

Some salespeople manage accounts. Others go out and create them.

We're looking for a true hunter to drive equipment sales and rental growth across Terrace and Northwest BC. You'll be responsible for finding new customers, identifying opportunities, getting in front of decision-makers and turning prospects into business.

This is a field-based sales role for someone who enjoys the chase, isn't afraid to pick up the phone, and knows that the best opportunities don't always come knocking.

THE OPPORTUNITY
  • Make the Market Yours: Take ownership of a large territory and build your customer base through proactive prospecting and face-to-face sales.

  • Sell Something Tangible: Represent a diverse range of material handling, compact and heavy construction equipment, with both sales and rental solutions.

  • Earn What You Deliver: $70,000–$120,000+ earning potential with uncapped commission. The more business you generate, the more you can earn.

  • Build Something Long-Term: Develop a strong market presence, win new accounts and grow your business with the backing of an established equipment organization.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
  • Hunting for new business through cold calls, referrals, networking and direct customer outreach.

  • Identifying prospective customers and developing opportunities across construction, industrial and related markets.

  • Getting out into the field, visiting job sites and meeting customers where the business happens.

  • Understanding customer needs and presenting equipment sales and rental solutions.

  • Preparing quotes, negotiating deals and driving opportunities through to close.

  • Staying connected with customers to identify additional opportunities and generate repeat business.

WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
  • $70,000–$120,000+ earning potential with uncapped commission.

  • Company vehicle.

  • 100% employer-paid health benefits.

  • $200 Health Spending Account + $200 Lifestyle Spending Account.

  • 3% RRSP matching.

  • 3 weeks of paid vacation.

  • Opportunities to grow your career with a well-established equipment company.

ARE YOU THE RIGHT FIT?

You're competitive, persistent and motivated by results. You enjoy meeting new people, building relationships from scratch and turning a cold prospect into a customer. You can organize your own day, manage your pipeline and keep pushing when the first answer is no.

Previous experience in equipment, construction, industrial or B2B sales is an asset. A proven track record in prospecting and new business development is what matters.
