Responsibilities:Develop and cultivate relationships with a wide range of decision-makers, targeted customers, and key opinion leaders.
Meet and/or exceed the annual sales plan and year-over-year growth targets as defined by management.
Identify target opportunities and/or accounts, as well as develop and implement a strategy to maintain a sufficient sales pipeline needed to achieve the strategic growth targets and initiatives as defined by management.
Ensure positive customer relationships are maintained, and customer satisfaction is achieved.
Communicate and report activities, itineraries, sales strategies, and program developments as defined by management.
Participate in and provide support to trade shows, sales meetings, and other sales-related functions as requested and/or defined by management.
Maintain effective use of travel and expenses as defined by management and in accordance with Corporate Travel and Expense policies.
Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology (preferred); or, Bachelor's degree or equivalent, including Life Sciences concentration, SLP, or Registered Nurse (RN).
Minimum of 3 years of clinical voice restoration experience or related experience (preferred).
Fluency in written and spoken English and Quebec French.
Strong in-depth knowledge of promoted products, competitors, physiology, medical literature, and scientific innovations.
Ability to apply strategic thought, planning and execution to maximize sales opportunities within key accounts.
Ability to adapt selling approach with multiple specialties and customer segments.
Self-Managed; capable of working from remote location with limited supervision.
Effectively utilize computer software and technology enabled sales resources for planning, forecasting, reviewing sales activity, researching data, supporting sales calls, medical education presentations.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational / multi-tasking skills.
Strong Relationship Skills / Team Player (internal & external).
Ability to work independently and as a member of a cross-functional team.
70% Travel Required, 3 out of 4 weeks of the month (utilizing effective travel practices).
Resides in Quebec province.
