As a Territory Account Manager II, you’ll drive growth and expand wallet share within a defined territory. Managing complex accounts, you’ll lead business planning, navigate the sales cycle effectively, and execute the commercial process within the partner ecosystem. Working independently, you’ll leverage leadership for coaching, high-level engagements, and new account opportunities while providing guidance to peers.

What You Will Do 

  • Drive Revenue Growth: Identify and pursue new opportunities, expand offerings, and build a strong, repeatable pipeline.
  • Develop Opportunities: Assess client health, align resources, and determine feasibility while managing accounts through CRM.
  • Establish Trusted Advisor Status: Align solutions with customer needs, provide consultative guidance, and collaborate across internal teams.
  • Deliver Value-Driven Solutions: Communicate competitive advantages, secure preference for company products, and shift customer focus from products to solutions.
  • Expand Account Growth: Leverage early wins to drive additional business, develop strategic account plans, and maintain a strong commercial pipeline.
  • Build Strong Relationships: Deepen client engagement, articulate value propositions, and drive business through strategic partnerships.
  • Align Tactics: Support business goals, address resource gaps, and ensure activities align with corporate priorities while managing channel dynamics.

What You Will Bring 

  • Education: Bachelors Degree required or relevant equivalent experience in lieu of degree. 
  • Experience: 5- 7 years in an outside commercial capacity functioning independently and owning a portfolio. Preferred experience with PDU/UPS and Fiber.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding competitive landscape and how to position solutions effectively. Ability to engage multiple areas within an account and tailor solutions to business needs.
  • Deal Management: Skilled in identifying closing challenges and developing alternative strategies to win business.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to align commercial approach with organizational strategy for long-term success.

Compensation: The expected annual base salary range for this role is $$90,000 - $110,000 CAD. This role qualifies for a sales incentive plan. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
