Nous avons un poste pour vous! En effet, Investia est à la recherche d’un technicien administratif pour l’équipe des transactions et paiements autogérés.

Dans le cadre de ce poste, vous aurez à :

  • Administrer le processus complet de transactions (achats et retraits périodiques) et procéder au traitement des opérations en fonds mutuels et en fonds distincts dans les délais prescrits.
  • Assurer le respect des mesures de contrôle par l’analyse de rapports et de conciliations
  • Traiter les dossiers complexes, les ajustements, la correspondance et les plaintes provenant des clients de son équipe
  • Communiquer régulièrement avec les autres services et les représentants
  • Collaborer à la rédaction et à la mise en place des procédures administratives

PROFIL RECHERCHÉ :

  • Niveau d’anglais avancé en raison des interactions, opérations et transactions tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit, avec des collègues et représentants unilingue anglophones à travers le Canada sur une base journalière.
  • DEC en administration, en finances ou dans une discipline connexe et 2 ans d'expérience pertinente (un atout)
  • Connaissance de l’environnement des fonds mutuels et des produits de services financiers (un atout)
  • Connaissances en comptabilité et fiscalité (un atout majeur)
  • Bon esprit d’équipe
  • Avoir une aisance avec les outils informatiques en général (formation offerte pour nos logiciels interne)
  • Excellente gestion du stress en milieu de travail à haut volume
  • Proactivité et attention aux détails
